What we can contribute is training you in what’s needed, but there’s also a significant amount of work required from you as well. Some people find jobs very quickly, while others find it more challenging. A lot depends on the jobs you apply for and how well you match those roles, and there are also many additional factors to consider. However, it’s our experience that our participants find jobs more quickly.

2-Day Fast-Track Training

Virtual group training with a maximum of 10 participants. Each session daily lasts 2 x 2 hours per day, in total 8 hours, plus 2 x 1-hour one-on-one virtual advice meetings. We cover 10 focus areas, with a total training time of 8+2 hours.

The training takes place virtually via Microsoft Teams and is limited to a maximum of 10 participants. These sessions will be conducted in English, with materials provided in both Danish and English. The trainer speaks and understands both languages fluently. As a new offer, the course is available at just under half price for 6,000.00 DKK, including Danish VAT. Plus Danish Tax 1,500.00 DKK. These two training sessions will be led by one of our top instructors, who has extensive experience in recruitment and HR departments. The programme is fully optimised for 2025. We have been working since 2006, and our Advisors has from 16-27 years of expertise in human resources management, recruitment, selection, search, and outplacement. This ensures participants are guided by an exceptionally experienced professional.

To make this training as efficient as possible, we’ve designed a fast-track programme spread over two days, covering everything from starting your job search to landing your new role in 4 focused training sessions (2 days, 4 hours per day, 30 minuts break). It is an intensive programme where we cover 10 focus areas that will significantly optimise your job search efforts.

The training is delivered as virtual group training, limited to 10 participants. Included in the course we offer 2 hours of individual virtuel coaching and training, after the group training. This includes guidance on building templates for cover letters and CVs, refining materials to align with ATS systems, preparing for interviews, enhancing your LinkedIn profile, managing other social media platforms, and strategies for following up and responding effectively.

Our outplacement services are a collaborative process, designed to support each candidate while recognising that the primary effort rests with them. We act as trusted advisors, offering guidance, tools, and insights tailored to each individual’s journey. However, it is important to understand that job searching is an active and challenging process that requires dedication and persistence from the candidate. Some individuals may find a suitable position swiftly, while for others, the journey may take several months. This timeline varies due to many factors, including market conditions, personal circumstances, and the types of roles being pursued.

Attendance and Punctuality

Late arrivals may miss valuable content that cannot be re-covered, so we encourage all participants to plan accordingly to make the most of every session.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our outplacement services are carefully designed and personalised to meet the unique needs of each client, making them non-refundable once purchased. Under Danish consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that commence with the client’s consent before the withdrawal period ends, nor to services that are customised or specifically tailored. By purchasing our service, you acknowledge and accept that the advisory support provided under our outplacement programme is non-refundable, as it involves dedicated resources and a personalised approach developed exclusively for you. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us prior to completing your purchase to ensure clarity on this agreement.

Code of Conduct

Professionalism and respect are central to our outplacement services. We request that all clients adhere to a code of conduct reflecting these values, ensuring a respectful and productive environment. This code includes maintaining appropriate behaviour during all sessions, showing consideration towards the advisors, and actively contributing to a constructive atmosphere. A positive and respectful approach from all participants is essential for fostering a successful and rewarding experience, where clients feel supported and advisors can provide their best guidance and assistance.

Communication Channels

Effective communication is vital to the success of our outplacement services. Clients will be provided with specific methods and times to contact their advisor, ensuring clear and timely responses to any questions or concerns that may arise throughout the programme. Establishing these guidelines ensures that clients have a reliable way to receive support, advice, or clarification whenever needed, promoting a well-organised and professional experience. By adhering to designated communication channels, we can maintain a high standard of service and ensure that every client’s needs are promptly addressed.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is of utmost importance in our outplacement services. All information shared by clients throughout the programme will be treated with the highest degree of respect and discretion. We recognise that privacy is essential for fostering a trusting and open environment where clients can freely explore their career options.

When you are set up in our system, you will have the option to select a nickname. This allows you to participate in web sessions and virtual meetings anonymously, preserving confidentiality while still engaging fully in the experience. We recommend choosing a nickname that does not directly relate to your real identity, ensuring that your privacy is maintained.

Additionally, when joining webinars and virtual meetings, clients are free to leave their webcams off or, if preferred, wear a mask as a further measure to protect their identity. Rest assured, only our team will know the real identities associated with each nickname, reinforcing our commitment to safeguarding your personal information at every stage of the programme.

Check Your MS Teams Well in Advance of the Meeting

We recommend that you familiarise yourself with MS Teams, the virtual training platform we use. It is essential that you do not begin learning the system at the same time as the programme starts. If you are unable to connect, the responsibility lies with you. We suggest watching tutorial videos on YouTube; simply search for MS Teams and explore some training sessions to ensure you are well-prepared to participate well in advance.
Please also ensure that your computer can connect to the link we send you. Verify that you can use the system, view the screen, and have headphones and a microphone that are connected, charged, and functioning properly ahead of the meeting.

This ongoing assistance can be accessed through agreed-upon channels, ensuring that clients have a reliable source of support even after completing the main sessions.
However, it is important to note that access to follow-up support may be limited in duration and scope, as outlined at the start of the programme.

Missed Sessions

It is essential that clients commit to attending all scheduled sessions to ensure a seamless experience and continuity in their development process. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally prevent attendance; however, missed sessions may not be rescheduled if advance notice is not provided. This policy helps maintain the integrity and structure of the programme, allowing our advisors to allocate time effectively and deliver consistent support to all clients.
We strongly encourage clients to prioritise their sessions and communicate any unavoidable absences as early as possible.

To ensure a smooth and productive experience for all participants, please review and follow these guidelines carefully:

  1. Preparation Before the Training
    Make sure to submit any required materials, such as your CV, cover letter, or other requested documents, to us at least 24 hours before the session. This allows our trainers to tailor the session to your needs and provide personalised feedback. This is an option: If you send your material to us beforehand, we may choose to use examples from your text as part of the teaching. If this is something you do not wish to happen, you can wait to send your material until after the session.
  2. Accessing the Virtual Training Session
    Our training sessions are conducted on Microsoft Teams. You can join using either your real name or an avatar name if you prefer to maintain privacy. Please ensure your chosen name is shared with us beforehand to avoid any confusion during the session.
  3. Technical Requirements
    Ensure you have access to a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and, if possible, a webcam. While using a webcam is optional, it can enhance the interactive experience. Test your equipment before the session to avoid technical difficulties.
  4. Punctuality and Attendance
    Be on time, we start on time. Be ready to join the session at least five minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals can disrupt the session and may result in missing important information.
  5. Engagement During the Training
    Actively participate in the training by asking questions, sharing insights, and completing activities. Respect the trainer and other participants by keeping distractions to a minimum, such as muting your microphone when not speaking.
  6. Noise, background conversations, children interrupting, and dogs barking or making noise
    Most people love children or dogs, but it’s a good idea to ensure that any children or dogs do not disturb you during the session. Be mindful that background noise—such as upset children, barking dogs, or teenagers playing games—not only distracts you but also disrupts others. We reserve the right to mute your microphone if this guideline is not followed, out of respect for other paying participants.
  7. Privacy and Confidentiality
    If using an avatar name, remember that your privacy is respected. Please do not record or screenshot the session without prior permission. All discussions during the session are confidential and must not be shared outside the group.
  8. Completion Requirements
    To receive the full benefit of the training, ensure you complete all tasks and assignments provided during the session. These are designed to help you apply what you learn effectively.
  9. Confidentiality
    Our course is virtual, and you should be aware that other participants will be able to see and hear you. You can choose to log in using an alias, but we must be informed of this in advance.
    Everything you hear during this course must be treated with strict confidentiality, and you agree not to disclose any information about other participants to anyone.
    It is strictly prohibited to record video, audio, take photographs, or create screenshots of the training session.
  10. Feedback and Follow-Up
    After the session, you may be asked to provide feedback to help us improve our training. We are also available to answer follow-up questions or provide additional support if needed.

In 2025, it’s very much about ensuring a match, and if there isn’t a match, it can be more challenging.

This is offered to all private clients who have independently signed up for our Outplacement – Job Search course. This offer is available to private clients who refers a friend, colleague, or professional contact. It becomes valid the day after the new client signs up and we have received payment.

  • To participate, you must have signed up and paid for an outplacement programme yourself.
  • The benefits assigned are considered directly related to the outplacement programme in which you are participating.
  • The benefits provided are available once for each new outplacement client you refer, with a maximum of two referrals per year.
  • The two hours must be scheduled and completed no later than May 15, 2025. Please note, the reference offer is dedicated solely to the referrer and cannot be transferred to another person.
  • Benefits cannot be combined or used as partial payment for an outplacement programme.
